CHAMP (Cardiovascular Health Awareness and Management Program) . The principles of awareness, detection and skills are woven throughout the fabric of all CHAMP Programs. The goal of detecting uncontrolled risk factors for vascular disease and working with patients (and their healthcare providers) to control and manage the risk factors is paramount.
